Temple Ruins is a Mixed Reality (MR) experience created in Unity by a team of five students at UID, Ahmedabad.
The experience was a part of Modus (2019), a two-day exhibition for Visual Communication Design students to showcase their works.

---Role(s) and responsibilities---
Game Master
  • Onboarded the player into the experience, familiarized them with the device before guiding them through the experience
Game Design
  • Spatial Mapping of the location, including the additional obstacles we would be adding to create the MR experience
  • Conceptualized the idea of the Temple Ruins and built a mood board for the experiential goals
 
Level Design
  • Modelling the level based on the measurements taken
  • Adding in elements to make the experience engaging and memorable
 
Project Management
  • Creation of the tracker
 
Playtesting
  • App testing and iteration
 
Documentation
  • Documenting the complete project process

  • Deliver an immersive MR Experience through a regular smartphone and VR headset.
  • The environment must recreates a temple ruin with many fantastical bugs and obstacles.
